By downloading, installing, or using the Inkey application ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

If you are a minor, make sure your parents or legal guardians have read and accepted these terms before using the App.

2. Description of Service

Inkey is a musical application for iOS devices that allows users to play a virtual keyboard with predefined scales. The App is designed for entertainment and informal music education.

• Scale and mode selector
• Key transposition
• Different sounds and instruments
• Equalization and waveform adjustments

3. License of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on iOS devices you own, in accordance with these terms and Apple's App Store conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer the license to third parties
• Remove copyright notices or trademarks

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to:

• Source code and software
• Interface design and graphics
• Sounds and audio samples
• Name, logo, and "Inkey" brand

are the exclusive property of the Inkey developer or its licensors.

5. User Content

The music you create using Inkey is yours. The App is simply a tool for musical creation and we do not claim any rights over the compositions you make.

However, please note that the App does not include functionality to record or export audio.

6. Appropriate Use

Inkey is designed to be a positive and safe experience. By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App responsibly
• Not attempt to interfere with the App's operation
• Not use the App in ways that could harm other users or third parties

7. Purchases and Payments

Inkey is available as a one-time purchase on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or partial feature unlocks. Once you purchase the app, you have access to all features.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions. Refund policies are determined by Apple and can be consulted on their official website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The App will function without interruptions or errors
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, whether in a contractual action, tort, or other legal theory.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect when we publish the updated terms on this page.

Continued use of the App after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Apple Terms

By using the App, you also agree to comply with Apple's Terms of Service and App Store policies. In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's, Apple's terms shall prevail.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
